Cancellation Policy

IB Cosmetics Official Package Policy At IB Cosmetics, we provide exclusive wholesale partnership packages designed for luxury hotels, resorts, spas, and event venues. Our policies ensure consistency, exclusivity, and brand integrity across all supply agreements. 1. Eligibility Partnership packages are available only to approved businesses within the hospitality, wellness, and event industries. IB Cosmetics reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion to protect brand exclusivity. 2. Pricing & Payment All package prices listed are wholesale rates exclusive to partners. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking, unless invoicing terms are granted in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, ACH transfer, or bank wire. Co-branding, training, and exclusivity upgrades are billed separately. 3. Supply Frequency Packages may be purchased on a monthly or bi-monthly recurring basis. A minimum 6-month supply agreement is required for recurring plans. Elite and seasonal packages may require a fixed-term exclusivity agreement (e.g., 6 months). 4. Delivery & Fulfillment Standard fulfillment window: 2–4 weeks from confirmed payment. Expedited orders may be available for an additional fee. Domestic and international shipping fees, customs, and duties are the responsibility of the partner. 5. Exclusivity & Territory Rights Select packages include territorial exclusivity (e.g., per region, per hotel group). Exclusivity must be confirmed in writing by IB Cosmetics before activation. Violation of exclusivity agreements may result in termination of the partnership. 6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Due to the nature of wholesale luxury products, all sales are final. Cancellation of recurring packages requires 60 days’ written notice. Early cancellation of a contracted plan may result in forfeiture of deposits, exclusivity rights, and priority status. 7. Branding & Customization Co-branded packaging and marketing materials are available upon request. All customization requires pre-approval by IB Cosmetics. Additional production timelines (2–3 weeks) and fees apply for customized goods. 8. Legal Framework All agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. By purchasing or booking a partnership package, the partner acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated within this policy.
