Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For health and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products, such as makeup, skincare, and haircare, cannot be returned. Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value, as long as the product is in its original condition and returned within 30 days. If a product is defective, please contact us within 14 days for an exchange or return.

Shipping
We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or on holidays will be processed the following business day. Shipping rates depend on the destination, and expedited shipping options are available. International shipping is offered to select countries, with any applicable customs fees or duties being the responsibility of the customer.

Store Hours
We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The store is closed on Sundays.
